Our Story

Hello! We are Hannah and Huw, a young couple trying to make a splash in the world of property development and holiday home accommodation.

Vacay Co. is our little dream come true, combining our passions for travel, design and property development. It all began back in 2016 with a trip to Morocco and Greece. Inspired by so many beautiful interiors, unique stays and local hosts Hannah was determined to bring a piece of that back to the Sunshine Coast. Fast forward 3 months and we had purchased The Palm House and started planning a huge renovation.

We never imagined the demand for the properties and are incredibly grateful that we have been able to help our guests make lasting memories with an authentic local experience in our beachside community.

Hannah is the dreamer and the creative.

Hannah looks after design, customer experience and social media. Coming from a big family of real estate and interior lovers, Vacay Co. evolved very organically and has definitely been one big exciting journey.

Huw is the brains. He is the one behind the scenes that makes it all happen.

Huw looks after logistics and strategy. The driving force in setting up the website, Huw is constantly looking at ways to grow and optimise the business.

This business has been such a creative outlet and has given us the freedom to follow our passions. We have just finished renovating our latest holiday home in the UK and plan on continuing to grow the business further to provide more quality and unique stays for all our loyal guests.
